Code of Ethics & Service Agreement

Welcome to readsramon. My practice is built on a foundation of integrity, psychological clarity, and mutual respect. This document outlines the ethical standards I hold myself to and the operational terms governing our work together.

Professional Philosophy & Scope of Practice

  • Grounded Path Alignment: My readings synthesize Astrology, Numerology, and Tarot to provide actionable, practical insight into your life path, career, personal growth, and relationship dynamics.

  • No Mediumship / No Contacting the Dead: My work is strictly dedicated to the living energy of your life path. I do not practice mediumship, spirit communication, or contact deceased individuals under any circumstances.

  • Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: Intuitive consultations are designed for self-insight and guidance. They do not constitute or replace licensed medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

Ethical Boundaries & Exclusions

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to book or receive a reading.

  • Excluded Topics: I do not conduct readings on gambling, financial market predictions, legal trial outcomes, or medical/health diagnoses.

  • Relationship Dynamics: Readings involving third parties (e.g., partners, exes, family members) focus on interpersonal dynamics, emotional safety, and your direct connection with that individual. They are conducted to empower your decisions, not to violate individual privacy.

Client Confidentiality & Data Privacy

  • Strict Privacy Guarantee: Your birth details, session discussions, questions, and personal information are 100% confidential. I do not sell, trade, or share client data with any third party.

  • Minimal Data Collection: I only request the minimum information strictly necessary to calculate your charts and fulfill your booking (e.g., name, date/time/location of birth, and email address).

Session Logistics & Recordings

  • No Server Storage: To protect your personal privacy, I do not record, store, or archive live video or audio consultations on my servers.

  • Personal Recording Allowed: You are explicitly permitted and encouraged to take notes or make a personal audio recording of your session for your own future reference.

Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Rescheduling & Full Refund Window: You may cancel or reschedule your session for a 100% full refund up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  • Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy: Live sessions begin promptly. A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you have not joined the call within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable.

  • 10-Minute Alignment Check: Mutual fit matters. If within the first 10 minutes of a live call either party feels the connection is not aligned, the session will end immediately, and you will receive a 100% full refund. Beyond the first 10 minutes, completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • 48-Hour Email Guarantee: Written Email Readings are guaranteed to arrive in your inbox within 48 hours of purchase. If I fail to deliver your report within this window, you will receive an automatic 100% refund and your report free of charge.

Governance

readsramon operates as an independent international consulting practice adhering to international online service standards. By booking a session or purchasing a reading, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Code of Ethics & Service Agreement.

Limitation of Liability & Personal Responsibility

  • *Assumption of Personal Responsibility: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that any decisions made, actions taken, or paths chosen following a reading are 100% your own responsibility. readsramon assumes zero legal, financial, or personal liability for the consequences of your personal choices.

  •  Financial Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative financial liability of readsramon for any claims, losses, or damages arising from or related to any service rendered shall never exceed the exact dollar amount paid by you for that specific session or report.

  •  Exclusion of Consequential Damages: readsramon shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional damages resulting from your interpretation or reliance on the information provided during a consultation.

  • "As-Is" Guidance: Analytical chart readings and tarot insights are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While I deliver every session with professional rigor and integrity, no specific real-world outcomes or predictive guarantees are implied.
