An hour gives us room to do more than simply touch on a situation. We can take our time with the questions that matter to you, follow different threads as they come up, and revisit the details that deserve a second look. Whether you want to explore one complicated situation from every angle or move between several areas of your life, this session gives us the space to go deeper without having to rush the reading.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a service with ReadsRamon, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to the following policies. Every consultation is conducted personally by Ramon using no artificial intelligence during any reading. All consultations are confidential, and we does not record sessions, though clients are welcome to record their own for personal use. Readings are intended to provide personal insight and guidance and do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. No specific outcome or prediction can be guaranteed, and clients remain responsible for their own decisions. If technical difficulties interrupt a session, any unused paid time will be completed immediately where possible or rescheduled at no additional cost. Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 2 Hours' notice. One complimentary emergency reschedule may be granted at my discretion. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. A 15-minute grace period is provided before an appointment is considered a no-show. If, within the first 10 minutes of a live consultation, you genuinely feel the reading is not resonating and choose to end the session, a full refund will be issued. After the first 10 minutes, completed sessions are non-refundable. All appointments require full payment in advance and are confirmed only after payment has been received. Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet and may be booked up to 2 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. To maintain ethical standards, consultations are not provided regarding medical diagnoses, pregnancy or fertility, legal matters, death or life expectancy, gambling or lottery outcomes, criminal activity, or black magic. ReadsRamon reserves the right to refuse or terminate any consultation involving abusive, harassing, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour.
